I have Whirlpool Gold 20 ish year old (maybe) Was very helpful until I got to the chopper cover, which looked to be the same BUT would not come off. Tried to wiggle it to the right, to the left, forward and backwards but NO movement. Even tried to use a metal hanger to create a HOOK to help budge it but no luck, HELP!

I have used this video twice. Very useful, because my dishwasher is exactly the same on the inside. The only thing that he missed, is that when you unscrew those 4 screws and pop that screen mechanism off; if you flip that piece over, you can pop the nylon screen out. That screen gets packed with fine food particles (muck....yuch !!!). Pop that screen off and clean it good. That sprayer thingy that screws back on clockwise, there is a notch on it, that has to match up before it screws on (take a close look at it, or you will be spinning it on, and wondering why it doesn't tighten). Overall, a very good video, I keep this on my youtube library for reference.

I have the easy pour spout on all of my gas cans. The spout itself works nice, defeats all of the EPA garbage. However, it's still leaks at the lid. I'm going to the hardware store today to see if I can find a rubber gasket that fits and insert into the lid and see if that prevents the leaking.

I have a problem with gas spilling out my gas hole too. I think it's because I eat too many beans.
